Reviews and Ratings
I decided to downgrade to a basic room on the lower floor due to noise, and despite the room being spacious, comfortable, and clean, it only had an old box TV with limited Indonesian channels. The staff was lovely, helpful, and always polite, making up for the communication challenges I faced. The hotel's location was near a local beach with plenty of dining options within a ten-minute walk, yet it was on the isolated end of Sanur with a good walking path to the main area. The dining experience was basic but delicious, and there were great cafes nearby. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, with huge bi-fold doors opening to the pool and offering a nice tropical breeze. The price was just right for the basic room we wanted, although the initial musty smell was a minor setback. The service was top-notch, from helping us with trip arrangements to being attentive and friendly throughout. The location, while not in the center of Sanur, was super close to the seafront and taxi services, making it convenient for exploring. The dining experience was easy and good, but the breakfast was a bit lacking in portion size. Overall, a value-for-money choice with lovely amenities.
